Jensen Goh, Chief Executive Officer

As the Founder and CEO of Parklab Group, Jensen holds firm to the belief that play is a fundamental aspect of life and is on a mission to create impactful solutions that improves the quality and value of play for children. “We didn’t come to this world to work. We came to live, to explore and most importantly to have fun.” This philosophy isn’t just a tagline, it is the driving force behind every project undertaken by Parklab.

Jensen holds the Certified Playground Safety Inspector (CPSI) credential, which demonstrates his commitment to ensuring safety and compliance in the design and installation of playground equipment

Under the leadership of Jensen, Parklab growth have been exponential with at least 40% year on year growth since 2018. Parklab have also successfully completed multiple projects for various clients, including government agencies, schools, and private developers. Jensen has also received recognition for his effort in driving innovation and excellence by receiving the Entrepreneur 100 Award in 2022. In August 2024, Jensen was also also selected to be featured as one of the recipient on the luxury lifestyle magazine The Peak Power List published by SPH.

As Parklab continues to drive innovative solutions and pushing the boundaries of play, Jensen ensures that Parklab’s mission continue to stay grounded by making play accessible, engaging, and fun for everyone, and to contribute to the well-being and development of our communities.

Jason Peh, Chief Sales Officer

Known for his dynamic approach and willingness to embrace new challenges, Jason always strive to create a better version of himself to contribute effectively towards the company’s growth trajectory.

With a career characterised by a keen interest in exploring innovative practices and creativity, he has consistently demonstrated an eagerness to push boundaries and adapt to evolving trends in the recreational facilities space such as creating awareness on outdoor nature play theme which is well-received by clients.

His hands-on experience spans various facets of construction, where his versatility have also led to success in both project outcomes previously and now in the client acquisition space.

Unafraid to venture beyond his comfort zone, Jason also actively seeks out opportunities to broaden his expertise and knowledge by participating in industry-led association council such as Landscape Industry Association of Singapore (LIAS) where he previously served in the playground sub-committee. During his stint there, he acquired professional certifications such as Playground Maintenance Technician (PMT) and Certified Playground Safety Inspector (CPSI) that will empower him to provide professional safety advice for his clients.

His commitment to continuous learning and experimentation underscores his passion for the recreational industry, coupled by his drive to make meaningful impacts through his work.

And his motto? “To unleash the best version of every single kids, adults and elderly that immerse themselves at the recreational spaces built by Parklab.”

Tay Jor Din, General Manager

Jor Din is a veteran in the built-environment industry with a wealth of experience in managing and executing complex projects. His approach to completing tasks places emphasis on understanding the needs of stakeholders and how to his actions can best bring value to them, while keeping business objectives in mind to facilitate progress and excellence.

This was significantly attributed to his time as the project lead alongside the HDB team for the first ever community-built playground event in Singapore. Residents had the opportunity to select their preferred play components and participated in piecing together the actual playground equipment, all within their own neighbourhood. It affirmed his belief in bringing the best out of people through fun and meaningful experiences.

He has a “knowing the way and leading the way” leadership style that is inspired by the proverb, “If you want to go fast, go alone. If you want to go far, go together”. He believes that true leadership is not just about overseeing tasks but about empowering teams to reach their full potential through cultivating strong relationships for impactful collaboration. This philosophy has allowed him to nurture environments where creativity and efficiency thrive in harmony.

As Jor Din continues to drive growth and innovation, his work serves to enable Parklab to stay ahead of the curve and be recognised as leaders and changemakers of the industry.

Justin Ong, Key Account Manager

Justin, with over five years of expertise in creating play, sports and park solutions at Parklab, is transforming traditional play areas into dynamic spaces that promote active lifestyles and community health. With a deep understanding of the technical and practical aspects of the solutions Parklab offers, he has dedicated his career to enhancing the safety, functionality, and aesthetics of play and exercise environments. Justin’s work sets new standards for both commercial and residential spaces, ensuring they are durable, high-performing, and meet the highest safety standards.

His commitment to quality and innovation drives him to collaborate closely with developers, architects and main contractors, delivering tailored play and sports solutions that cater to each project’s unique needs. Whether it’s vibrant playgrounds that inspire creativity in children or advanced fitness flooring that supports rigorous training, Justin’s expertise ensures lasting value and performance.

Joycelyn Tan, Senior Key Account Executive

Joycelyn has spent eight years in education, serving as an Education Officer and Head of Department for Character and Citizenship Education. Her work has been rooted in the belief that learning should be joyful, hands-on, and deeply human. She sees play not just as recreation, but as a vital way for children to grow in empathy, curiosity, and resilience.

Blending her background in education with experience in sales, Joycelyn has developed a strong understanding of what children need in their spaces, what parents look for in terms of safety and peace of mind, and what clients value in design and function. She listens closely, asks the right questions, and brings both sensitivity and insight to every conversation.

Now working in the field of playground and outdoor space development, she draws on her full range of experience to help shape environments that invite laughter, movement, and connection. Her aim is simple but powerful: to bring more joy into the everyday lives of children and their families.

Joycelyn believes in creating places where play sparks imagination, where communities gather, and where people—young and old—feel at ease. At the heart of her work is a quiet but constant commitment to human connection.

Ragitya Firstatama, Creative Manager

Ragitya is recognized for his innovative work in cultural and recreational design. As the Creative Manager at Parklab, Ragitya has been instrumental in crafting playgrounds and recreational spaces that are engaging, safe, and culturally significant. His design philosophy emphasizes the creation of spaces that foster creativity, strengthen community bonds, and preserve cultural heritage. This approach has shaped Parklab’s projects, establishing new benchmarks for playground design in Singapore.

Ragitya’s impact on the design industry has garnered attention from various media outlets. His work was prominently featured in Yahoo News, where his skill in blending traditional cultural elements with modern design was highlighted. His designs at Parklab have revitalized community spaces, making them vibrant and inclusive for both children and adults. Murthy Prawin, Operations Manager

Prawin is an experienced Operations Executive. At Parklab, he excelled in managing, optimizing, and executing daily operations.

In his role, Prawin also focuses on optimizing processes to enhance productivity, drawing on his engineering background and hands-on industry experience. He is adept at making quality decisions and delivering projects on time, ensuring that objectives are met effectively.

Prawin also coordinates cross-functional teams to foster collaboration, implements strategic solutions to meet Parklab’s goals, and ensures quality control and risk management.

Ella, Playground Designer

Ella is an innovative Junior Architect with 5 years of industry experience. Ella prepares architectural designs for the full completion of all residential projects according to specified time and budgets. She possesses a proven ability to work in a team and also individually to successfully deliver agreed upon superior quality solutions.
